Thank you for considering [Company Name] for your new website. This proposal covers what we heard about your goals, how we'll work, what you'll receive, and three packages to choose from.

Your Goals

From our conversations, the new site needs to:

  • [Goal, for example: turn more visitors into booked consultations]
  • [Goal, for example: let your team update pages without a developer]
  • [Goal, for example: load quickly and work well on phones]

We'll measure success against these goals at launch and again 60 days after.

Our Process

1. Discovery. A kickoff workshop to agree on audience, goals, and the pages the site needs. You'll receive a sitemap and content plan.

2. Design. Wireframes for key pages, then full designs in your brand. Each package includes set rounds of revisions.

3. Build. We develop the site on a content management system, so your team can edit pages, posts, and images.

4. Content and testing. We load content, test on major browsers and devices, and check speed, accessibility basics, and search essentials.

5. Launch and training. We launch, set up redirects from your old site, and train your team in a recorded session.

What You Provide

  • Final copy for each page, unless copywriting is included in your package
  • Your logo, brand guidelines, and any photography you own
  • Access to your domain, hosting, and current site
  • Feedback within 5 business days at each review, so the schedule holds

Revisions and Changes

Each package includes the revision rounds listed. Further rounds, new page templates, or features outside this proposal are billed at $125 per hour, quoted before we begin.

Hosting and Ongoing Support

Hosting, domain renewal, and third-party plugin or service fees are paid by [Client Name] directly. Ongoing maintenance and updates after launch are available on a separate monthly plan.

Payment Terms

50% of the package fee is due on signing to reserve your project dates. 25% is due on design approval and 25% at launch. Invoices are due within 15 days.

Ownership

Once paid in full, you own the design and content of your site. Third-party software, fonts, and stock images remain under their own licenses. We may show the finished site in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
